Dude this is like a trailer you aren't supposed to submit trailers. Anyways on to what u need to do. Ur animation is good but It was so freaking choppy I eyes were starting to hurt. It was pointless. I think u probably were going for the fuzzy look but dont it looks bad. Put some more effort into making more frames and make it smoother. Then it will pass.

You put good effort into it.

It looks like you put a lot of effort into this I like how you made us interact with the flash that was great. It was just a bit boring I thought. The story line needs a bit of help I didn't even hear a fart! And I was kinda scared away by the voice sometimes. I dont know if you just need to get a better mic or just move away from it a bit. But I found the mic to be scratchy and a bit too loud sometimes. You have a lot of potential keep it up.
